Designed by noted architect Johannes Zingerle to encapsulate comfort and wellness with contemporary style, Lina Villa is a private sanctuary, set high in the Columbier hillside with panoramic views of Flamands Bay.

The villa features an expansive living area laden with sunlight from the oversized bay windows in the front and rear and ceiling fans that draw in a warm island breeze. The ultimate entertainment set up has a little something for everyone, with Apple TV, DirecTV, CanalSat, a state of the art sound system, and wifi throughout the residence to keep you connected.

Two king suites are located on either side of Lina Villa, one features a private terrace and a secluded deck with a hammock, while the other invites you to take a dip in the pool with sliding doors leading right into the shimmering waters. Relax in the ensuite rain showers with glass windows (lined with lush tropical plants for privacy.)

The large kitchen features a kitchen island with seating and access to the beautiful terrace. Take in the natural landscape while you enjoy an al fresco meal or sip on a tropical cocktail.

Dive into the infinity pool, perfect for swimming laps. Once you’re done perfecting your front crawl, resurface onto the sun-kissed pool deck for an energising dose of Vitamin D, cooling down occasionally in the unique firehouse style outdoor shower. Columbier beach is just a few minutes away directly below the villa, offering sublime sunsets and stargazing. Sit back and watch the sky go from blue to fiery red with cotton candy clouds as you drift into island life.
