Carved into the cliffside, the aptly-named Sous la Falaise hangs just above the sparkling ocean on the eastern end of beautiful St Jean Beach. Pleasing walkers, runners and beach-lovers alike, a private path connects the villa directly to the idyllic white sands of the coast.

Tucked away for ultimate space and privacy, lush greenery and the cliff face surround each of the villa’s buildings. Sous la Falaise is furnished with natural materials, wood and stone; this, along with house plants and spacious open living areas, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. You’ll find all the amenities you’ll need for an unforgettable stay in St Barts, whether you’re swimming lengths of the gorgeous pool or dipping your toes into the crystalline waves. The chic shops and fine dining of St Jean are an easy walk away, but, if you prefer a quiet afternoon in, there are plenty of places in the villa to hide away and curl up with a good book. Come evening, enjoy a delicious al fresco dinner out on the balcony, happy and relaxed as the sky fades into dusky lilac.

The four charming king-size bedrooms are spread across separate cottages, connected to the main villa by a cool stone pathway. Each bedroom comes complete with an ensuite bathroom and private terrace - the perfect vantage point for admiring white yachts coming and going over the turquoise waters. Also featuring its own fishpond and outdoor grill, Sous la Falaise promises you and your loved ones an island retreat like no other.
