Villa Epicure is a remarkable contemporary villa that makes exceptional use of natural elements and modernist architectural accents. This seven-bedroom masterpiece welcomes up to 14 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger parties or family events. With genuinely spectacular views and a secluded location, it's a welcoming and elegant villa that’s full of charm.
Villa Epicure is located on the quiet eastern side of St Barts, well away from the hustle and bustle of the island’s capital, Gustavia. The views from the terrace are magnificent, giving you sweeping vistas across the hills and to the ocean beyond. The expansive terrace provides you with those wow moments as the sun slips below the horizon. There are plenty of paths and trails to explore for those who want to discover the charms of the island on foot.
This large villa has everything you need for an unforgettable Caribbean vacation. The indoor/outdoor transition is flawless, allowing you to make the most of those soft sea breezes during the day and the starry night sky. The living areas are a combination of bold timber with neutral furnishings to create a balanced feel. The open plan design feels fluid and comfortable, allowing groups of guests to gather and chat even when preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen. The dining area is large and informal. A fitness room lets you keep up with your training while still providing you with some breathtaking views of the island.
The villa’s seven bedrooms are split over two levels. The master bedroom is close to the living room and has a king-size bed. Two more bedrooms are located on this level and are accessible from the outside. They both with king-size beds. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the lower level. Two can be sectioned off to create a private family unit. All four bedrooms have king-size beds and beautifully appointed ensuites.
Outside, a large sun terrace, inviting heated pool, and flawlessly maintained gardens create a tranquil oasis of calm, complemented by those incredible views.
