The stunning home is situated on the northern coastline of St Martin, overlooking the lush green island of Pinel and the azure water of the Bay of Cul de Sac shimmering in the sunshine.

Villa Baltazar offers a stylish open-plan kitchen with wooden cabinetry, a formal dining area and a comfortable lounge. There are five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and luxurious designer fixtures. Four suites open onto the pool and the fifth is accessed via the living room. The relaxed and informal home has been designed with a chic beach house style and finished with contemporary flair. It boasts bold teal colours and natural accents of wood, cane and sisal tying the interiors of the pretty villa in with its beautiful surroundings.

Outside, the river rock-finished private pool is framed by a rustic hardwood deck and makes the most of the breathtaking views. The terrace leads onto manicured lawns and extends to a cosy al fresco lounge and outdoor dining table, seating ten, which is fringed with tropical foliage and a canopy of sea grape trees. It’s the perfect space to relax and unwind; breathing in the fresh sea air, enjoying the ocean breeze, taking in the unbeatable, sweeping views, and sipping on a sweet cocktail.

Borrow the villa’s kayaks to explore the coastline or head down to the water with the snorkelling equipment to get beneath the waves and swim with the local marine life. For families or groups looking to experience some of the island’s culture, Villa Baltazar is located near the pretty village and fine restaurants of Grand Case and is within easy reach of one of the island’s best beaches at Orient Bay. Visitors who have admired Pinel from the sun-kissed terrace of the villa can see it for themselves by hopping on the ferry for a short five-minute trip over to the island’s sheltered beach and charming local restaurants.
