As the name of this delightful home would suggest, beach lovers need look no further. Situated directly on beautiful golden sands in one of the most westerly points of St Martin, this is a tropical island living at its finest with direct access to the crystalline waters and a close distance to the airport.

A contemporary West Indian style characterises Villa Blue Beach. Embedded in lush verdant gardens teeming with vibrant flowers, this villa boasts a large central pool surrounded by a tumbled travertine terrace that expands the full length of the home. There are ample lounge and dining spaces for enjoying the sounds of the waves at the shore and gentle ocean breezes - built on multi-levels, sweeping carved stairs connect the large outside areas. A well-equipped, modern galley kitchen with a sit-up bar opens to the great room fit with laid-back rattan furnishings. Sip a fruity cocktail in the beachside gazebo, just a few metres from the turquoise water - this is one of the finest places to enjoy the kaleidoscopic sunsets in the whole of the Caribbean. The location of this waterfront home is unmatched.

At one end of the veranda is a two-bedroom separate cottage with a private patio. Both bedrooms decorated in relaxed soft whites with wooden accents have ensuite bathrooms and sea views - one room includes two twin beds which is a great option for children. Beautiful custom built mahogany windows and doors add to the serene atmosphere of these spaces. Two additional bedrooms are located just off the main great room - both have sea views, spa-style ensuite bathrooms and are charmingly furnished in rattan, wicker and teak with white linens. The layout of this home lends itself to hosting families or a group of friends; for even more space, Villa Blue Beach can be rented along with its sister villa, Turtle Nest, which is located right next door.
