If there was ever a villa that epitomised the term' beach cottage', it's RockSea. This unique three-bedroomed villa sits at the meeting point between two of St Martin's best beaches, Baie Longue and Plum Bay. RockSea is separated into three modules with raised walkways and an exceptional outdoor space to the rear. Contemporary and unlike any other villa you've ever seen, it welcomes up to six guests offering sublime solitude and peace under a cloudless blue sky.

The French side of St Martin is an eclectic and fascinating glimpse of how Afro-Caribbean and European cultures can co-exist and complement one another. A rich culinary scene provides food connoisseurs with the finest dining, combining classic French dishes with rich, spicy Creole flavours. It's no surprise that St Martin is one of the gourmet epicentres of the Caribbean.

RockSea's contribution to the food experience is an unusual and completely open kitchen in a separate module, where natural wood and sleek black countertops give any chef plenty of space to work their magic. The dining area is attached to the kitchen module and includes a gas grill for those evening BBQs underneath the stars. The living area is ultra-chic, with a prominent rock music theme carried throughout the villa via striking wall art.

The villa boasts tree enchanting ensuite bedrooms, two of which have spacious king-size beds and the third a queen-size bed. These lovely bedrooms give off a real 'sleeping on the beach' feeling thanks to the wide-open deck areas and glass sliding doors but with a splash of extra opulence. The master bedroom sits in its own module, while the other two guest rooms are located in the main villa with the communal living spaces.

To the rear of the villa are a genuinely magnificent iridescent tiled pool and an exquisite mature garden. However, the show's star has to be the private beach, just steps from the villa and with unspoilt ocean views from every aspect. For wannabe rock stars who adore the beach-boho lifestyle, RockSea is a charming and unusual villa that doesn't cut any corners when it comes to indulgence and comfort.
