This charming five-bedroom villa certainly works its magic on all who stay here. Welcoming up to ten guests, this exceptional villa comes complete with its own pontoon and instant access to the Aquamarina lagoon. Just minutes from Mullet Bay beach, one of the finest on the island, Villa Abracadabra wows guests from the moment they walk through the grand entrance, carefully designed to lead the eye through the open-plan living area and to the beautiful lagoon view beyond.

If you think of the classic Caribbean beach, you’re thinking of Mullet Bay. This sweeping arc of soft, golden sand is lined with palm trees and lapped by clear blue water that’s ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Close to the famous grand Casino and one of St Martin’s many golf courses, the beach is big enough for everyone to find their own little slice of Caribbean tranquillity. Surrounding the beach is a busy resort offering excellent restaurants and bars where you can discover delicious French cuisine or feisty rum cocktails. Seafood is top of the menu, and no trip to St Martin is complete without trying the island’s conch fritters with hot dipping sauce – a spicy combination that will get your tastebuds tingling.

As soon as you step into Abracadabra, you know you've arrived at an exceptional villa. The white interior simply accents the vivid blues of the sky and the lagoon, while the use of wood and crisp white linen complements the natural components that feature in every room. The indoor-outdoor configuration is sublime, encouraging you to wander from the coolness of the living room and out into the bright sunshine of the terrace. The kitchen is gourmet standard with every appliance you could possibly wish for, while dining is either under the veranda or al fresco on the terrace. Five inviting bedrooms continue the neutral tones, accentuated by pops of colour and nautical-themed artwork. Four of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the fifth has a double bed, and all have ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, a large swimming pool and access to a fully equipped gym allow you to keep up with your workouts. The villa's pontoon means that guests can moor a speedboat just a few steps away, allowing you to explore the island's amazing coastline.
