Perched in the highest elevation in Canyons Village, Apex III is a sublimely sophisticated five-bedroom apartment that welcomes up to 12 guests. Its position as a corner end-unit within the Apex Residences complex gives guests unparalleled views and breathtaking mountain vistas framed by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that turn the beauty of the mountains into ever-changing works of art.

Canyons Village offers the true mountain lover a place to rest after a busy day on the slopes or the trails that crisscross the mountains. To complement this exceptional location, Apex Residences are designed to provide exceptional alpine living experiences infused with opulence and comfort. Providing a wealth of amenities and easy access to the slopes, gondola and the thriving centre of Park City, guests can indulge in a session in the sauna or steam room, swim in a heated pool, or get to know their neighbours in the exclusive clubhouse.

Apex III truly has the wow factor as soon as you step through the door. The split-level living area is lavishly decorated with bespoke furniture and plush sofas clustered around a large fire. The gleaming kitchen is a chef's delight, with an integrated dining area so even busy cooks can join the evening conversation. The décor is contemporary yet homely, giving the space a relaxed, laid-back feel.

The bedrooms are mindfully decorated in soothing, neutral colours. Every room has a fabulous mountain view and comes with an attractive ensuite. The primary and junior suites occupy the third level, and both have king-size beds and plenty of personal space. The remaining guest rooms are distributed between the main and lower levels and include two more king-size rooms and a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks for up to four younger guests. An additional sitting area with a kitchenette and private deck is also on the lower level.

Apex III is split across three levels, inside and out, meaning every level can access private balconies. The main balcony faces south and has that all-important al fresco dining and gas BBQ for chilled-out family cookouts. Step down to the lower deck, and a bubbly hot tub awaits to soothe aching muscles. Apex III makes the perfect base for a family getaway in the mountains at any time of the year.
