Summer sees the valleys, lower slopes and meadows filling with wildflowers and the trails and mountain biking tracks opening up for explorers. Evenings are spent in the village's gourmet restaurants or popping over to nearby Telluride on the Gondola for a stroll down trendy Main Street with its bars and entertainment.

Prospect Falls has that wow factor from the moment you walk through the doors. The Great Room lives up to its name, with magnificent picture windows and authentic wooden beams bringing some natural beauty right into the heart of the chalet. The spectacular San Sophia Ridge views can also be enjoyed on the outdoor deck with its comfortable seating and a gas BBQ for rustling up some evening burgers under the stars. A fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen will delight any chefs in your group, and meals can be served in the formal dining area or the casual breakfast bar. A bunk room on the top level is ideal for younger guests, with a snuggly twin-over-twin bunk. The lower level has two final bedrooms, one with a split-king bed and a further bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and a trundle.

The lower level also has that essential family space, a den complete with board games, large flat-screen TV and a gloriously soft leather sofa.
