With 3,800 square feet of space, the Summit Peak Penthouse will take your breath away. This luxury residence perfectly captures the spirit of the West and the magnificence of the Rocky Mountains. Furnished with modern mountain style, comfortable meets luxurious, begging you to come back from the ski trails for relaxation, and good times with friends and family.

Uniquely served by a private elevator this residence also offers an exceptional level of security to guests seeking ultimate privacy for their stay.

The large living room windows overlook Steamboat Square and the mountains beyond, with a private deck to soak in the views. Vaulted ceilings add grandeur. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chef; or grill in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

The adjoining dining area features a spectacular 10-person dining table, a place to gather over a delicious dinner while recounting the day’s adventures.

The Penthouse has four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The primary bedroom with a king bed, a gas fireplace, a TV, and a private deck with views. A beautiful ensuite has a steam shower.

A second king suite enjoys beautiful views and has a TV and a large ensuite with double sinks and a soaking tub. A third bedroom has two full beds, a TV, and an ensuite. Kids will enjoy the 4th bedroom that sleeps six with two queen beds, a twin bunk bed and a TV, games, and an X-box game system.

All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home. The home office boasts high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing Internet service for all guests.

A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee is subject to change.

One Steamboat Place #803: Summit Peak Penthouse has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
