Upon your arrival to this secluded estate, you’ll have the option to park in either the upper or lower heated, two-car garages. The lower garage is also an excellent space for ATVs, dirt bikes and mountain bikes in the summer, snowmobiles, skis, and snowboards in the winter. Easily access the home from the upper-level garage directly into the mudroom complete with ski lockers, plenty of storage space, a washer and dryer, and a powder bath.
Entering through the front door of Winterfell Estates and step into the great room where you’ll be greeted with massive floor-to-ceiling windows, cathedral ceilings, and a beautiful hearth with a two-sided gas burning fireplace. Sink into the large sectional sofa and enjoy expansive mountain views. Adjacent to the great room is a cozy family room with a large 75-inch TV for the perfect movie night.
The gourmet kitchen and elegant dining area sit just on the other side of the two-sided gas fireplace and provide everything you need to entertain and dine at home. The fully equipped professional kitchen is complete with a 6-burner gas cooktop, two ovens, wine refrigerator, and expansive center island with bar-style seating. The dining table seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen island. In the summer months, you may choose to dine al fresco on the spectacular deck with a grilling area, with easy access right from the kitchen or great room. After dinner, retreat to the fireside nook with its four cozy armchairs, a TV, and views.
The main level is home to the primary king suite room with fireplace, TV, private deck, and spacious bathroom with dual vanity, hydro tub, and walk-in steam shower. Utilize the nearby library and fully equipped office space to get some remote work done.
Moving down to the lower level, you’ll find a welcoming family room and entertainment center with a wet bar, shuffleboard, gas fireplace, and another 75-inch TV – the ideal evening retreat whether you plan to relax by the fire with a great movie or get some friendly competition. Step outside to the private outdoor hot tub for some evening star gazing. The kids will enjoy the super fun bunk room that sleeps six, and nearby is a double bedroom and a spacious room with a king bed and ensuite bath.
The home's cable package includes all the premium channels including HBO, The Movie Channel, Cinemax, Streampix, Starz, and Showtime. Music lovers can take advantage of the Sonos music system throughout the entire home as well.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located in the Summit Estates of Breckenridge, Winterfell Estates offers an abundance of privacy and likely some wildlife viewing. There are also lots of opportunities for outdoor adventures right out the door. The Breckenridge Golf Club / Nordic Center sits just down the road as does the Rec Path – and Breck’s Main Street is about a 10-minute drive.
Winterfell Estates offer a central location to all the surrounding ski areas: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Winterfell Estates shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Winterfell Estates has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
Winterfell Estates has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
