Sitting in the heart of Park City is this charming contemporary townhouse. With four delightful bedrooms and welcoming up to eight guests, it's a bright, airy retreat that's perfect for year-round adventures in the dramatic mountains of Utah. A five-minute drive from Deer Valley and with Park City Mountain just a short distance away, Woodside Avenue is made for winter sports lovers. However, if you prefer a more urban experience, the town's historic Main Street is pretty much on your doorstep.

Park City's heritage stretches back to the original pioneers who discovered gold and silver in the mountains and rivers. While the shine may have dimmed in the mines, it certainly hasn't gone from this lively and vibrant town. Arrive in the summer, and you have your pick of festivals celebrating everything from independent cinema to food and drink. During the winter, Park City becomes a magnet for skiers and winter sports lovers, offering beginner's slopes to diamond black runs to suit all abilities.

At the heart of Woodside Avenue is the Great Room. Incorporating classic chalet features such as floor-to-ceiling windows and wrap-around balconies, it also interjects a modernist element by incorporating sleek furnishings and an open-plan, multi-level layout. Bespoke artwork adorns the walls, and the retro-chic furnishings are comfortable and distinctive. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need to create tasty meals or quick snacks, enjoyed either al fresco in the courtyard or terrace or around the intimate dining table.

The bedrooms adopt a more minimalist approach, with textured walls and subtle colours creating a restful environment. The primary suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, and architectural elements include vaulted ceilings and a stunning ensuite with an oversized soak tub. The junior suite features a snuggly queen-size bed, a cosy sitting area, and a lavish ensuite. The remaining two guest rooms have queen-size beds, making Woodside Avenue ideal for groups or families.

Woodside Avenue also benefits from extensive outdoor spaces, including a snuggly fire pit and seating area and an in-ground hot tub with auto cover.
