The villa is spread across two floors, with a garage and laundry room on the lower floor and a large but cosy open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and lounge on the first floor. An elevator and staircase connect both levels. The living area leads off in both directions to two wings which house the bedrooms and bathrooms. One wing offers the master bedroom with king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and doors onto a private patio and garden. Next door is a twin bedroom with doors onto another patio and a further bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
