Big Chill Villa is an impeccable six-bedroom home situated in the Leeward area of Turks and Caicos amongst the prestigious canal system with very close proximity to some of the best beaches on the island. The home is perfect for a large family or groups of couples who are looking to explore all that this fantastic destination has to offer.

Perfectly placed furnishings and linear shapes found throughout the home aid in soothing all of the senses. The sumptuous living, dining and kitchen area are open plan and create a comfortable, social setting that effortlessly opens up to the exterior pool deck through large glass sliding doors. Other design elements to tempt any discerning architecture aficionado include the majestic upper floor decking, which acts as a sun trap for those looking to get some much-needed vitamin D.

There are four bedrooms in the villa’s main house - three with king-sized beds and one with bunk beds and a step ladder - an ideal space for children. The other two bedrooms have a king-sized bed and two twin beds respectively and are located in a separate section of the home for added privacy. All six bedrooms feature spectacular ensuite bathrooms.

The expansive pool deck offers ample al fresco seating, including lounging sofas, sun chairs, a poolside daybed and the villa’s very own fire pit. The home also boasts an outdoor kitchen with its own wet bar and large BBQ - perfect for rustling up delicious meals to be enjoyed altogether. The stunning pool remains a focal point and the home even has a shallow area for the younger children to splash around in. Big Chill Villa has a large dock, suitable for charter boats to easily pull up and take guests off on the adventure of their choice. Something which can be arranged with the help of the home’s concierge and management team. Guests can also head out from here to explore the local area on the villa’s kayaks and paddleboards.
