Behind the villa, there are shallow waters on Silly Creek which are perfect for young children. At the end of the walkway sit perfectly positioned deckchairs, with nothing but you and the big blue in the distance and the unspoiled shoreline stretching out from under your feet.

The villa was designed by Coast Architects, one of Turk and Caicos’ leading firms, working alongside the acclaimed Design Studio to inhabit the house with an immaculate and relaxed contemporary style. The home blends the simplicity of structure and open plan living with impeccable attention to materials and finer details. Built in three distinct areas, for both privacy and intimacy, it includes a large living space and a formal dining room with stylish rattan lampshades, dark wood table and exquisite artworks which add to the tropical feel of the home.

A theatrical kitchen features a generous sit-up bar so that guests can admire the chef putting finishing touches on mouth-watering dishes. Five bedrooms are situated in the home all boasting ensuite bathrooms, including a master suite with an outdoor bathtub and shower. Furthermore, an additional cosy living space, which can also be used as an office, can be found within the villa - convenient for anyone within the group who needs to work or study during the stay.
