The structure incorporates the foundation of a home built decades ago, meaning it is one of the island’s closest villas to the ocean’s edge and almost appears to be floating on the sparkling waves.

Wonderfully spacious and open, the villa’s architecture seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, high stately arches welcoming in the gentle trade winds. Elegant, contemporary furnishings incorporate warm neutrals and soft blues, reflecting the palette of the shore.

The centrepiece of Mandalay Villa is the grand firepit, resting at the heart of a flowing oasis; gorgeous during the day and even more magical at night, the surrounding waterfalls and lagoons are illuminated by LED lights that contrast beautifully with the glowing flames of the fire. It’s the perfect place to spend an evening socialising with your fellow guests, a cool glass of fine wine in hand. Of course, if you’d prefer an immersive film, the open-air cinema on the upper level offers an extensive movie library, or simply slip away to one of the many outdoor seating nooks for a spot of stargazing.
