Overlooking the beautiful Chalk Sound, Ocean Breeze is a contemporary five-bedroom villa that welcomes up to 12 guests. Situated in the protected Chalk Sound National Park, this elegant villa is surrounded by lush gardens and the tranquil waters of the lagoon. A private jetty is the stand-out feature of this exquisite getaway for a truly memorable sunset experience or as the perfect place for an early morning Salute to the Sun yoga session.

Southwest of Providenciales on Turks & Caicos is the scenic Chalk Sound National Park. This turquoise lagoon is dotted with tiny islands, and a narrow, winding channel connects it to the ocean. Because of its protected status, the peace and quiet of this little slice of tropical heaven are uninterrupted, and the best way to get around the lagoon is by paddleboard or kayak. Look out for the iguanas that call this reserve home, and you may even spot the occasional timid lemon shark and barracuda swimming in the clear waters.

Ocean Breeze makes the most of this idyllic location, sitting comfortably in the landscape and complementing the natural beauty rather than competing with it. Custom white oak millwork is accented with bright colours and clever use of lighting to create a charmingly relaxed and playful interior, from the lemon yellow of the dining room chairs to the Pop Art prints in the games room.

The spacious living room leads effortlessly to the outside living and al fresco dining areas. The kitchen is a symphony of oak and high-end appliances that should satisfy even the most discerning chefs. The interior feels welcoming without being cluttered or overly fussy. The games room and fully-equipped fitness suite are welcome additions for evening entertainment or for keeping your workouts on track.

The five bedrooms continue the minimalist theme, creating serene oases in soothing, neutral tones. Four of the bedrooms have sumptuous king-size beds and ocean views, while the fifth bedroom has two queen-size beds and garden views. Outside, a large pool is just the spot to cool off in the afternoon or stroll down to the private jetty with a glass of wine and watch the stars come out over the lagoon. Ocean Breeze is guaranteed to blow away your cares as you embrace the ultimate island lifestyle.
