Sitting on the dazzling white sands of Long Beach Bay, Sunrise Villa certainly lives up to its name. This is the spot to sit and watch the sunrise over an azure ocean, with nothing but the sound of the breeze and the swaying palm trees to disturb the peace. This seven-bedroom villa has everything up to 16 guests need to live the Caribbean dream. Covering a massive 11,500ft², this huge villa stretches out over three levels, simply refusing to compromise on quality or experience. Ultra-contemporary but sprinkled with endless authentic Caribbean touches, Sunrise Villa is the ultimate getaway in the sun.

While it may be tempting to simply lie back and enjoy the view, Turks and Caicos has so much to offer that you’re bound to go exploring. The island is known around the globe for its exceptional windsurfing and other water sports. Long Bay Beach is the best spot for windsurfing. From underwater submarine rides to humpback whale watching during the migration season, this island paradise is filled with natural wonders.

Both inside and outdoors, Sunrise Villa is special. There are not one but two kitchens, with the main floor option being an open-concept kitchen decorated with floor-to-ceiling tiles and featuring stainless steel appliances throughout. Indoor entertainment includes a fully fitted gym, media room with an 85” smart TV. The bedrooms are spread across the villa, with four of them opening out onto the pool deck. On the upper floor, you’ll find three large suites, all featuring king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms and beachfront views. The three upper suites all share a patio, the perfect place for a light breakfast in the sunshine. Bedroom four is on the main level and offers another king-size bed and its own covered terrace. Bedrooms five, six and seven are at beach level and all have king-size beds and ensuite facilities.

Outside, a large pool is waiting for you to do a few early-morning laps, while the outdoor dining area, BBQ and grill are just right for those al fresco family meals. The whole villa is soundproofed to provide guests with complete peace and quiet. With so much on offer, Sunrise Villa really encapsulates the sheer magic of Turks and Caicos.
