Turtle Beach Villa is a home which celebrates the aquatic wonders and beauty that lie just steps from your door. From the delightful aquarium mural to the exquisite use of real shells throughout the design, Turtle Beach Villa will bring you closer than ever to what is truly special about this island.

Located in a wonderfully peaceful residential area, the home is still in walking distance of several fine restaurants and is just ten minutes from the vibrant town of Grace Bay and the airport. Best of all, Turtle Beach Villa rests right on the edge of the stunning Grace Bay Beach which promises shining white sands, instant access to Smith’s Reef for incredible snorkelling and the chance that you might just spot the home’s namesake: a local turtle.

The villa stretches across two levels, all centred around the glistening heart of the pool and generous surrounding deck. The open-plan great room provides a glorious space for connecting and relaxing with a delightful vaulted wooden ceiling and beautiful pieces of artwork scattered throughout. The kitchen is particularly charming, with gentle cream walls and cabinets and a gorgeous coral-inspired chandelier along with all the latest amenities.

A curvaceous sweeping corridor links together the five bedrooms, all of which are ensuite and have their own outdoor entrances. The master offers breathtaking views of the ocean, an outdoor shower and an indoor Jacuzzi, whilst all the other rooms boast lovely garden views. This clever combination of privacy and connectivity makes Turtle Beach perfect for a large family or group with children.

Outside, gentle steps lead you down into the sparkling waters of the pool with the ocean just beyond beckoning you to explore further. Tropical flowers fringe the deck providing intoxicating aromas of bougainvillea to accompany dining al fresco or firing up the BBQ. There’s also a bocce ball court and a charming lighthouse staircase turret which provides its own mini adventure and wonderful views. Best of all, a few more steps will lead you straight onto pristine shining sands, where you can sink into a hammock and watch the sun setting over the wondrous natural beauty which surrounds you.
