Visit the town's handsome piazza, with a stunning church and climb up the steps to the Guinigi Tower to marvel at the view and oak trees growing at the top. With Pisa just half an hour away, visit its iconic leaning tower and enjoy gelato on the banks of the Arno River. The villa places you in the heart of wine country, so ask your dedicated concierge to organise a wine-tasting session with a sommelier at one of your local vineyards.
Ornately styled and infused with Italian charm, the plush living room boasts comfortable fireside sofas beneath the exposed original beams and a twinkling chandelier. - The house is provided with special plugs suitable for charging electric cars (7,5 KW).
- Please note that the owner resides in a separate house in the estate with their own private entrance and garden. Please also note that the owner performs the weekly maintenance of the garden and pool area on Saturdays.
