Tucked away in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, Villa Alice is an elegant and traditionally furnished five-bedroom villa that commands a spectacular hilltop location and boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. A Liberty-style property that was built in the 19th Century, it retains an authentic Tuscan charm while also incorporating a host of modern features and fittings.

Located in the mediaeval village of Fabbrica, just under 50km south-east of Pisa and a 90-minute drive from the Renaissance glory of Florence, Villa Alice allows for instant access to the beautiful Tuscan hills, while remaining within easy reach of its most important cities. As well as enjoying the fantastic Italian climate, guests can take advantage of the excellent hiking and cycling opportunities, while foodies will adore the traditional fare served up in the local area’s excellent array of restaurants.

Able to accommodate up to 11 guests across five bedrooms, the villa’s sleeping arrangements are highly adaptable. Three of the bedrooms come with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom boasts one queen-size bed and one single bed and the final bedroom has two single beds, ideal for any children in the group.

The villa’s interior is spacious, ornate and traditionally furnished, making it a memorable holiday destination. The farmhouse kitchen ensures it’s easy to whip up a light lunch or to invest more time in a true Tuscan feast, while the living and dining space benefits from comfy seating and a host of eye-catching embellishments, including chandeliers and stained glass accents.

Outside, the pool enables you to cool off whenever the sun gets too much and sun loungers let you top up that tan. A covered dining area is an ideal spot for long, lavish lunches, while the ping pong table and bowling green encourage a little friendly sporting competition.
