Equipped with all you need to enjoy the fantastic Tuscan climate and the breathtaking natural surroundings, it’s the perfect choice for large groups of friends, multi-family holidays or multi-generational getaways.

Located six km from the Renaissance city of Lucca, Villa Roni boasts unparalleled access to the world-famous rolling hills of Italy's most picturesque province. Pisa, with its iconic leaning tower, is less than 30 minutes away by car, while the beautiful piazzas and first-class galleries of Florence are just an hour's drive. Nestled in the hills surrounding the pine-covered slopes of Monte Pisano, the villa also allows for excellent hiking, mountain biking and leisurely walks.

The villa spans 1,600 square metres and includes a lavish dining room with an immaculately presented dining table that can seat 26 people. The expansive living room is equipped with a widescreen TV and DVD player that ensures it's ideally suited to movie nights, while a billiards room and library allow you to escape it all for a quiet game of pool or an afternoon read. The traditional kitchen is rendered in the Tuscan farmhouse style and facilitates delicious Italian feasts.

Outside, a sun-soaked swimming pool helps you cool off when temperatures rise, while the villa's former lemon house has been converted into a fitness area for more active guests. Two al fresco dining spaces allow for atmospheric, moonlit mealtimes, and the built-in barbeque means that afternoon cook-outs are on the cards.
