Mugello is a fascinating and complex region where artists flock to be inspired by that mesmerising golden light and incredible landscapes that Tuscany is so famous for. At the same time, sports lovers visit the region for the roar of F1 and MotoGP racing at the famous Mugello race track. Away from the high-octane excitement of the track, the Mugello countryside sits bathed in sunlight, where you can forage for porcini mushrooms and even the odd truffle or two. Stroll through cobbled streets and ancient villages, and pause at a café with an espresso and sweet pastry while watching the world go by.

Villa San Cresci captures that unique Tuscan spirit, with honey-gold walls and manicured gardens filled with lavender and wildflowers.
