Spend your days idling by the sparkling shores of the nearby Sunset Beach, learning to catch the waves at one of the many local surf schools, or simply unwinding in the serene setting of the home itself - after all, there’s over 3,500 square feet of living space to enjoy.
A gated entrance leads you to the front doors of Malibu Vista, where a sleek and contemporary interior awaits. An airy, open-plan sitting room commands the most breathtaking views - whether you are lounging, dining, or preparing dinner using the kitchen’s chef-worthy Miele appliances.
Step outside and you’ll discover the infinity-style pool, glimmering beneath the LA sun. To its right, a cosy outdoor lounge space is centred around a fabulous fire pit - backed by an al fresco dining table, ideal for breakfast or lunch with a view.
After a busy day exploring California’s coast, the gorgeous master bedroom welcomes you with open arms - a light-filled room opening out to the pool deck that boasts a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private dressing room. The second and third bedrooms are just as lovely, consisting of a queen-sized and double-sized bed respectively, both with ensuites.
Just a five-minute drive away is the famed Getty Villa, a recreated Roman country home with tranquil gardens and exhibits to explore. A little further along the coast is the city of Santa Monica, giving you even more options when it comes to soaking up LA’s world-famous effervescent atmosphere and golden rays.

- This home has an open swimming pool with no fence accessible via the master bedroom, sitting room and kitchen.
- The pool at the home is not heated. For the hot tub, there is a usage limit of 3 hours maximum per day. If you plan to heat it for a longer time during your stay, please inquire with our Reservations team before booking about the extra fee.
- This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there are Smart TVs where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.
- There is one parking space in the driveway of the home and ample street parking available in front of the home.
- The master bedroom has a Peloton bike for use.
- There is a double bed in the third bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
- While this home accepts children, it does not accept babies and toddlers.
- There are external security cameras located facing the front door, over the garage and back area of the home. There is an internal camera which will be turned off during your stay.
- The homeowner's security company may occasionally visit the property to patrol on foot around the perimeter of the home. They have their own access and should not disturb you.
