- This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the master bedroom and sitting room.
- Since the onefinestay photoshoot, some of the furniture configuration in the home and the entrance level bathroom have been updated.
- The TV's in this home do not have Cable, instead, there is Roku.
- This home has external security cameras at the entrances that will be kept on during bookings.
- The second and third bedrooms in this home have double beds. They can each sleep two, however, they are more comfortable for one.
- The keyboard piano in the fourth bedroom is no longer available.
- There are multiple stairs up to the front door of the home.
- There is space to park up to four cars inside the gated driveway of this home. There is also unrestricted street parking.
