Soaring above the ocean, Villa Penasco sits on a clifftop overlooking Land's End: a truly stunning part of the coastline with Pedregal Beach just five minutes away. The exclusive, gated community of Pedregal promises lovely seclusion and yet the villa is still just ten minutes from the vibrant town of Cabo San Lucas and the airport is a 45-minute drive.
A smooth cubist elegance characterises Villa Penasco: sweeping, cloud-hued stone forms beautiful square archways which frame the magnificent views and then gives way to a gentler interior of vaulted ceilings and creamy tiled floors. The fabulous living space is a contemporary artwork of rich woods, stylish furnishings and dramatic design accents. One lovely sitting area looks out towards the terrace and views whilst the other collects deep sofas around a grand stone fireplace. A handsome 16-seat dining table looks out across scenic perfection and the state-of-the-art, gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a charming breakfast bar.
There's also an impressive entertainment room - which can double up as a meeting space - with a large screen and surround sound system. A fitness room is on hand for those who like to keep active. The keycard security system in place means that everyone can feel safe and secure.
The six ensuite bedrooms are all beautiful retreats to find that ‘end of the day’ serenity. There are four king suites, one queen and one double queen with an extra sofa bed. Every single room has a marble-clad bathroom, TV, private terrace and awe-inspiring view.
Outside this stunning home awaits an equally stunning deck that seems about to set sail across the great ocean waves. The shimmering infinity pool reaches out towards the scintillating ocean as its waterfall provides a soothing susurration to accompany the gentle breeze. The al fresco kitchen contains a BBQ and enchanting bar for that perfect, starlit dining experience and the glorious fire pit awaits for everyone to gather around. HOUSE RULES
- Minimum age of primary renter is 25.
- No all male, Spring Breakers or Bachelor Parties.
- No external guests are allowed and no rollaway beds are permitted.
- Excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine.
- All vendors need to be pre-approved by Villa Penasco.
- Please note that Villa Penasco only accepts children over 8 years of age.

- Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 25% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $1000.
