    • This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
    • One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
    • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
    • There are several steps up to the front door of this home with no elevator access.
    • The folding windows next to the dining table in the kitchen cannot be opened.
    • This home has a paved garden to the rear of the property that is not featured in the listing photos. It is connected to the lower ground floor flat's garden however they are two separate spaces.
    • There are some works taking place in the home next door. Some noise may be heard.
