Covering over 4,700ft², there is plenty of space for everyone at Casa Pericos. The outdoor and indoor living areas fuse seamlessly, allowing you to transition from the cool of the interior with its plush sofas to the warmth of the outside. The formal dining area is elegant, with incredible views from the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The state-of-the-art kitchen provides even the fussiest chefs with the best equipment, with polished countertops and gleaming chrome offset by rich, dark shaker-style cabinets.

The villa's five bedrooms provide a selection of three king-size beds, two cosy queen-size beds, and a bunk bed for younger guests. Each bedroom has an attractive ensuite decorated with fine marble, and the primary ensuite boasts dual vanity sinks.

Outside, a huge infinity-edge pool links seamlessly to the lush garden below. Closeby, amenities include the exclusive Prieta Beach Club, tennis courts, a fitness centre and, of course, that magnificent golf course.
