Beautifully decorated by Grand Cayman's premier decorator, Design Studio, this elegant home on Seven Mile Beach has been featured in a number of local magazines. With its exceptional ocean views and contemporary design, it’s very easy to see why.

Upon your arrival to Grand Cayman, you will be greeted by a personal driver who will take you directly to the gated Coconut Walk. Guests also have the option of pre-booked rental cars and pre-stocked groceries and beverages - these little extras make your holiday so much more simple and relaxing, especially after a long flight!

As you make your way along the beautifully landscaped and meandering driveway, you will soon begin to fall in love with the home. Boasting 7,400 sq ft. of interior living and an additional 3,000 sq ft. of outdoor entertainment space; this Spanish-tiled villa is the perfect retreat for unforgettable family holidays or special celebrations.

Inside, natural light flows effortlessly through the bright and airy living spaces. Large windows and French doors allow both the interior and exterior to blend together seamlessly; there is just so much space to relax here. Seven beautiful bedroom suites can also be found within. These include four king-size bedrooms, two double-size bedrooms and one bedroom with a California king-size bed.

There is a separate cottage with an additional queen size bedroom. All rooms benefit from their own private ensuites and Apple TV. The deluxe king suite also enjoys the use of a private balcony with ocean views.

Outside, a shaded lanai overlooks the pool and pristine sands of the beach below. A private pool is set back from the beach on an elevated position, ensuring ultimate privacy from any passersby.
