I was a little disappointed my initial booking near Notting Hill was cancelled, but we had a good few days at 22 Crondace Road. It was a nice house and area to relax between our activities. Fortunately the building work next door was barely noticeable, whether that was by arrangement or coincidence it was appreciated. While the house may have been a little over sized for one adult and one child, it did offer benefit of some good games of hide and seek, and my 10 year old enjoyed the basement lounge. We spent some time playing football on Eel Brook Commons and made good use of local food delivery services. Key criteria in selecting this property were having Air Conditioning (given the unpredictable heat waves) and having a full house without the hassle of appartment complex entry / exit procedures.

Home Truths
- This home has air conditioning in each bedroom, other than the fifth bedroom. Between May and September, we will provide fans for each room that needs it. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
- There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
- The property next door to this one is undergoing a complete refurbishment, starting in August 2024 and continuing into 2025. Noise and activity will be noticed during working hours, which are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
- Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the cot in the nursery, now the sixth bedroom, has been replaced with a single bed.
