The villa rests on its own pristine stretch of private beach, meaning you’re never more than a few steps away from warm white sands and glistening turquoise waters; the balcony offers the perfect vantage point for taking in breathtaking ocean views.

Frankfort is truly exceptional in its design and history; a restored 17th-century fortress, this stunning home features the original beamed ceilings and fortified stone walls as well as centuries-old cannons on the verdant lawn. The interiors themselves are understated yet welcoming, while the travertine veranda is furnished with exquisite pieces from Germany’s Dedon Collection.

This lovely home has hosted many notable guests over the years, including Winston Churchill, Queen Mary and Noel Coward – once you step inside, you’ll understand its appeal. Let your personal butler and chef tend to every little detail as you get competitive on the communal tennis court, swim lengths of the shimmering pool, or take a kayak out for a spin. Come evening, the staff will be delighted to prepare a delicious beach feast for you to enjoy as the sun sets, before retreating to the hot tub for a spot of stargazing.

The six bedrooms, each complete with ensuite bathrooms, make Frankfort ideal for families or groups of friends; a crib and highchair are optional, while the pool toys will thrill your young ones. One suite lies in a separate cottage, once used as a schoolhouse and wonderfully peaceful.

    • Guests at Jamaican villas should tip 10% of the cost of the villa rental during the high season and 15% of the cost of the villa rental during the low season.
    • Frankfort can be rented with Emerald Seas and/or Kai Kala villa both a 2-minute drive away, to accommodate up to 22 guests.
