Stretching across a glorious 8000 sq ft, this is a home composed of space and opulence just metres from the velvet sands of your own private beach.

Located in the lovely resort community of Cayman Kai, Kaia Kamina is wonderfully secluded and yet close to the fine dining and vibrant beach bars of Rum Point. Historic George Town is only 40 minutes away and the airport is just 50 minutes away. Best of all, the home lies right on the shining white sands of Cayman Kai Beach, an eminently child-friendly stretch of coast with a kayak and paddleboard on hand for exploring the waters.

The sumptuous and bright bedrooms are split across the main two-storey villa and two carriage houses, which each contain their own king suite and kitchenette for that extra bit of privacy. Three oceanfront master king ensuites provide delectable soaking tubs and access to the beautiful balcony. The two garden view suites are designed with kids in mind with one boasting four queen bunk beds: ideal for a sleepover. All the bedrooms come with TVs.

Kids and teenagers will also adore the fantastic media room which boasts a large Apple TV, gaming system SONOS sound system, card table and variety of games along with a handy drinks fridge and a queen sofa bed. The magnificent great room provides a glorious space to relax and connect with a capacious yet comfortable lounging area on one side and a grand, chandelier-lit dining table on the other. The chef-standard kitchen comes packed with high-end appliances and beautiful marble countertops along with a delightful breakfast bar and coral-pink stools.

Through the gleaming glass doors and you'll find all this splendour repeated. The gourmet outdoor kitchen boasts a propane grill and screened outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Outdoor showers are on hand to refresh after a day on the beach and then you can slip into the waters of the dazzling infinity pool. The spectacular pool deck provides a multitude of loungers from which to soak up the rays and a shady gazebo to the side promises a breezy nook where you can breathe in the glorious natural beauty all around.
