Comfortably sleeping up to ten guests, it is thoughtfully designed throughout with a sleek combination of indoor-outdoor living and vistas that stretch all the way to the Pacific Ocean.

Just a short distance away from the high-end shopping and gourmet restaurants of Sunset Strip, the Hollywood Hills is one of LA’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. Wide boulevards lined with the city’s iconic palm trees are surrounded by the natural beauty of the canyons, and historic locations like the Bird Streets: a busy, stylish area filled with charming boutiques and artisan coffee shops.

Showcasing the skill of the architect, Haslam Terrace is typical of modern LA with floor-to-ceiling glass and chic furnishings. The living and dining areas are expansive and meticulously detailed, while wrap-around balconies with glass walls give an uninterrupted view of the Hollywood landscape.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated to create dazzling interiors with spa-standard ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. The primary suite features a generous king-size bed with windows on three sides, making you feel as if you’re floating above the Hills. The ensuite is truly spectacular, with a free-standing soak tub and large vanity unit in black and white marble. The remaining four suites are just as elegant, with queen-size beds and breathtaking views to wake up to every morning.

Outside, you’ll find a resort-style pool and hot tub, a spa that showcases a bespoke Niagara-inspired waterfall, and extensive al fresco living and dining areas. For that morning yoga session or an in-house massage, a dedicated wellness area takes care of mind, body and soul, while an open fire is the perfect spot to end the day underneath the stars.     • Please be mindful of the city’s enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
    • Please note that all reservations for groups larger than 10 individuals must be cleared prior to checking in.
    • The house is equipped with external security cameras, these are in place for security reasons.
    • Please note that pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist about the extra fee before booking.
    • For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance.
    • For any monthly stays 28-31+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
