Villa Impruneta is a palatial seven-bedroom home situated in a charming town of the same name, 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Florence. The expansive villa is a traditional ‘Casa Colonica’ of the 16th century, a grand farmhouse with sensational views over the rolling hills. Boasting an elevated position surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, discerning guests in search of ‘la dolce vita’ will find a decadent retreat in which to unwind in complete tranquillity.

Steeped in history, this gorgeous home remains a jewel in the crown of the Tuscan countryside. The original style and structure have been enhanced by plush furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen and a formal dining room with seating for up to 12 guests - this space is ideal for hosting a special occasion meal with a large group, prepared by a professional chef. Beautiful antiques, fireplaces and artworks can be found at every turn, bringing the original features to life - the home is also fitted with a library, stately piano, ping-pong and billiards table.

Bask in the Italian sun around the gleaming pool set amongst emerald green lawns or unwind in the shaded al fresco lounge area with graceful brick archways. The nearby quaint town is renowned for its production of terracotta, which features throughout this breathtaking home. The private Impruneta estate includes the main villa, with five superbly-appointed bedrooms each with their own distinctive personality and characteristics, and two separate cottages. Both of the cottages include a queen-sized bedroom - this feature is ideal for guests who require a touch more privacy during the stay. Due to its size and layout, Villa Impruneta is well suited to multi-generational families or a large group of friends.
