Baan Teo Villa and Villa Charlize are located on a quiet stretch of Lipa Noi beach, with another private villa on one side and an open area of land on the other. A short distance to the left, is the Samui naval harbour, but this is fairly low key and creates little disturbance. Further along the beach to the right are a few private villas and boutique resorts, and (about a kilometre from Baan Teo Villa) the Nikki Beach Club, the liveliest spot along Lipa Noi Beach where the hip and happening crowd hang out and excellent Sunday Brunches can be enjoyed. On the main road just before the entrance to the villas are a few stands selling local fishermen's catches of the day.
