This delightful, red-roofed villa, perched by the 11th hole, is close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, offering the coveted laid-back beach lifestyle.

While the keen golfers in the group tee off, stroll across to the Princeville Center for a spot of retail therapy. Savour an unhurried seafood lunch at a beachfront restaurant or excite your tastebuds with dishes from colourful food trucks which offer everything from traditional Hawaiian poke bowls to juicy burgers. The local beaches offer stellar conditions for surfing, while champagne cruises give you the opportunity to spot turtles, dolphins, and humpback whales. Further inland, there are invigorating hiking trails to picturesque waterfalls and kayaking tours on the majestic Hanalei River.

Dark hardwood flooring and traditional vaulted ceilings add charm to the interiors of sprawling KuKilakila. The sunken living room area impresses with grand columns and a handsome leather seating arrangement. Guests can get comfortable here with a round of Mai Tai as the evening’s chef whips up a feast in the sophisticated kitchen. Kauai’s many farmers markets will help you enjoy the freshest farm-to-plate dining experience. Relish sunset suppers on the terrace before heading to the games room for a friendly round of pool.

The primary bedroom, with a king-size bed, comprises the entire villa's upper level. It benefits from golf course and ocean views, and its modern ensuite has a deep soak tub and shower. There are three further bedrooms on the entrance level, one with a king-size bed and two with a queen-size bed. These feel warm and inviting with rich fabrics and delightful island-inspired décor. There are two boutique bathrooms on this level, with walk-in waterfall showers.
