Sitting quietly within the most charming grounds and surrounded by eight hectares of olive groves and vineyards, La Roseta welcomes groups of up to 14 guests looking for an authentic Tuscan experience. Meeting all your Tuscan dreams, the villa immerses you in Italian architecture and style and encourages you to enjoy the outdoor spaces as much as the charming interior. Great food, the heart of any Italian holiday, is just a short drive away in Monsummano Terme, where you can dine in small family-run bistros or restaurants featured in the Michelin guide.

Located in the 'chocolate valley', there are many artisanal chocolatiers to visit. The Valdinievole region also boasts numerous vineyards, with various tours available to sample the local wines. The stunning city of Florence is just 55km from the villa. A guided tour is by far the best way to take in the breathtaking architecture of this beautiful city, where you'll get to explore the likes of the Piazzale Michelangelo and the Santa Maria del Fiore.

You'll be delighted by the traditional artwork, wooden floors and exposed beans – each curating an authentic Tuscan ambience. The spacious flagstone floored kitchen has everything you need to rustle up delicious local food for your group, while the large farmhouse-style dining room or outside dining areas invite many a memorable feast.

Peaceful nights await in the elegantly styled bedrooms, where windows open onto the verdant landscape and invite a cool breeze. The first single bedroom is ensuite and located on the ground floor. On the first floor is an ensuite master bedroom with a king-size bed, two double bedrooms (each with access to a private bathroom), a twin and a double bedroom that share a bathroom, and an ensuite double bedroom. A further single bed is available in the study.

Lose yourself in the mesmerising grounds with a rose garden, vegetable patch, and tranquil pond. With a large heated outside pool, a terrace with sun loungers and a shady spot for al fresco dining, you'll adore soaking up the Tuscan sun at Villa Roseta.
