Leysfield Road is a double-fronted home full of warmth and colour. Entering at street level, you’ll find the second bedroom on the left, where there’s a dark blue, book-lined wall, an ornamental fireplace and a king-size bed. Straight ahead, the bathroom is tiled in neutral white, and on the right, the sitting room’s antique chairs and patterned rug give it some vintage vibrancy. There’s the third sitting room, next door, and downstairs, the second sitting room has a working fireplace and a retro red-and-blue colour scheme.
This open-plan space leads to the kitchen on one side, and on the other to the dining room, which has theatre-themed wallpaper and a table for six. The garden is out through folding glass doors, and up on the first floor you’ll come to the terrace. Also on this level is the master bedroom, which has amber walls, a walk-in wardrobe and a contemporary skylit ensuite.

- There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
- The fireplaces in the sitting room, dining room, and second bedroom are ornamental but you can use the one in the second sitting room.
- There is adult-themed art in this home.
- Your homeowner's cleaner will attend every Thursday to water the plants on the terrace, courtyard and front window boxes. She has a key and will let herself in
- One loveable dog occasionally comes to this home, so this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There are no blinds in the top floor bathroom, although it is not overlooked it is very exposed.
- This home is spread over three floors with no elevator.
- The freezer in this home is in the shed outside next to the kitchen.
- The TV only works for streaming from your device or Apple TV.
