White sand living meets the epitome of modern opulence in this palatial seven-bedroom villa in southern Providenciales. Discreetly located on the shoreline of world-renowned Long Bay Beach, Lidija House is ideally suited to a large group or an extended family looking for a refined oceanside retreat.

Spend peaceful days swimming, kite-surfing or snorkelling on the pristine shore or lose yourself in a book by the stunning pool, surrounded by two elegant gazebos. Light lunches or tea can be served in the seating area outside, shaded by olive-green palm trees. The outdoor living space at the centre of the villa connects the front deck with the lagoon area.

Each lagoon has two beautiful decks for outside dining, as well as a pool and waterfall, perfect for lounging on the designer patio beds and taking in views of immaculately manicured gardens. The lagoons are also the location of gourmet al fresco kitchens; equipped with custom-built Teppanyaki griddles, BBQ and a cocktail machine. At dusk, you will be treated to the once-in-a-lifetime sunsets that this island is known for. As night falls, artfully placed lights illuminate the house and outside area, casting a magical glow in every direction.

Plush, comfortable furnishings characterise the living spaces, with sliding wall to wall glass windows allowing guests to bask in the glorious sunlight and balmy sea breezes. If a cosier experience is desired, Lidija House boasts an excellent cinema room with a popcorn maker.

The splendour found throughout the villa is not limited to the communal areas - the seven plush ensuite bedrooms are all beautifully appointed and showcase stunning views, with one suite having direct access to the pool with steps directly from the bedroom. Six of the bedrooms come complete with king size beds, while the remaining two boast two double size beds each.

The villa also enjoys shared access to a superbly-appointed gym, a championship tennis court and basketball hoop, Turkish steam room, sauna and al fresco massage area and is situated just a stone’s throw from breathtaking Grace Bay.
