    • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
    • One loveable dog occasionally stays in the home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
    • There are stairs down to the entrance of this home on the lower-ground floor with no elevator.
    • The staircase down to the entrance of this home could be considered as narrow and steep.
    • There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.
    • As this home is on the lower ground floor, some footstep noise can be heard from the apartment above.
    • There is no window in the master bedroom, however there are double glass doors leading out to a lightwell and patio.
