It’s here you’ll also find the fabulous Beach Avenue, a spacious four-bedroom home just five blocks from the hustle and bustle of Venice Beach.

Drenched in sunlight, the interior’s high ceilings create a bright and airy feel throughout this gorgeous family home. An open-plan lounge and kitchen flows seamlessly into a private backyard through a set of sliding doors. This tranquil oasis offers the perfect space to unwind after exploring the coast, boasting a bubbling hot tub, comfy seats, and an outdoor fireplace for when the sun goes down.

Keen gourmands will love the chef’s kitchen. A huge island offers plenty of prep space and seating for quick lunches, while the high-end appliances make dinnertimes a delight. When it’s time to serve up, pull back the sliding doors and enjoy the refreshing evening breezes as you feast on a delicious meal together around the dining table.

Head upstairs and you’ll find even more space to relax in, including a second sitting room with a cosy L-shaped sofa. A few steps away is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace. Also on this level is the second bedroom, with a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms - both with queen-sized beds - can be found on the lower level, along with a shared bathroom.

  • This home has a hot tub. It is open with no fence accessible via the sliding doors next to the dining room.
  • This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
  • There are two parking spaces available in the garage driveway and one additional parking space in the open driveway in front of the home. There is also street parking available.
  • This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
  • The second and third bedroom downstairs are connected by a shared bathroom.
  • There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
