Marietas overlooks the 18th hole of the course and the rolling waves of the ocean, ensuring peace and tranquillity from every aspect. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the light to flood in, making this open-plan concept space bright and airy. The décor is contemporary and clean, with a delicate palette of neutrals complemented by golden wood and soft grey-blue furnishings to mirror the ocean's many moods. The kitchen is a lively, sleek area with a large breakfast bar and all the appliances you could need, while dining can be done indoors or al fresco, depending on your mood.

The three bedrooms continue the modernist interior theme, subtly harmonising those neutral tones with organic wall art and honey-coloured timber. The views from the balconies constantly change, with the lush green of the palm trees in stark contrast to the rich blues of the sky and ocean. The primary suite features a sumptuous king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms have two queen-size beds each and a sofa bed to create flexible sleeping arrangements for family groups. The ensuites are exquisitely finished with high-end fixtures.
