Sitting in five lush acres, lined for privacy by palms and tropical fruit trees, the beachfront Noble House by the Sea invites up to ten guests to enjoy the coveted island lifestyle. The local coastline is stunning, dotted with pretty beaches and tropical greenery.

Guests have access to 500 feet of sandy beachfront, where the ocean beckons for swimming and snorkelling. Paddle one of the villa’s kayaks out just 100 yards and you’ll discover the mesmerising Holden’s Reef, where you can snorkel over coral gardens. Head inland to take an invigorating rafting trip on the Great River, then make memories feeding hummingbirds at the tranquil Rocklands Bird Sanctuary.

The villa’s pavilion-style architecture adds real charm to the living spaces, with vaulted timber ceilings and mahogany French doors that open onto the furnished wraparound veranda, creating a delightfully fresh and airy ambience. Guests can relax together on sumptuous seating in the spacious living room or enjoy a movie in the media room. A professional chef's kitchen is exceptionally equipped – prepare a Caribbean feast for your large group and treasure the opportunity to dine each night beneath the al fresco pergola.

Three elegantly styled ensuite bedrooms are located in the main villa. The primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, is enhanced by an enchanting outdoor bathroom with a rainfall shower and a deep-soak tub. There are two additional bedrooms with king-size beds. There is a separate cottage which benefits from its own inviting living room, ideal for those seeking a little more privacy. It houses two bedrooms – the first is an ensuite with a king-size bed, and the second can be arranged as either a king-size or twin.

Large groups will be kept entertained by the villa’s splendid badminton, volleyball, and croquet lawns, a pretty private pool, and sea kayaks and paddleboards for ocean adventures. Take your sundowner to the beach, just a stone's throw from the villa, and admire a tropical sunset at the captivating Noble House by the Sea.

    • Please note: Noble House is located on a stretch of waterfront, and the beach may encounter increased seaweed or reduced water clarity due to fluctuating ocean currents and weather patterns, especially during the rainy seasons in May and October.
