The splendid Residenza delle Alpi is located in an Arnaldo Foschini-designed building in the city's northern Trieste Salario neighbourhood. Offering exceptionally fresh and stylish accommodation for up to six guests, this entrance-level apartment offers an authentic slice of Roman life, surrounded by the bars, restaurants, and independent stores favoured by the locals.

Wander through the neighbourhood’s enchanting Quartiere Coppedè, an enclave brimming with Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and Medieval architecture, and then duck into one of the superb gelaterias and indulge in a scoop of stracciatella. When in Rome, top historic attractions like the Pantheon, Colosseum, St Peter’s Basilica, and the Trevi Fountain are a must, and there are excellent transport links to these cultural icons from Trieste Salario. After days in the bustling historic centre, enjoy the tranquillity of the Villa Paganini and Villa Torlonia parks, just a stone’s throw from the apartment.

Residenza delle Alpi boasts contemporary Italian styling that perfectly complements the trendy, early 20th-century architecture. The living room is effortlessly elegant, with custom-designed artisanal sofas, a frescoed early 20th-century ceiling, and original hand-inlaid tiles from the same era. This space – and indeed all the rooms in the apartment – opens onto a private outdoor area adorned with pretty Art Nouveau tables and chairs, perfect for your morning espresso or evening aperitivo. A spacious, chic white kitchen completes the living space, ideal for enjoying meals together at one of two blond wood tables.

There are three light and airy bedrooms, each blissfully uncluttered for a serene ambience. The Graniglia Suite and the Patio Suite each offer a double bed, while the Ruby Suite, with twin beds, makes a lovely spot for little ones in the group. These can be arranged as a double upon request. There are two neatly presented bathrooms, one with a tub and overhead shower and one with a walk-in rainfall shower.

In addition to the apartment's private outdoor area, guests can relax al fresco on a shared patio with large tables for social evenings of wine and antipasti. An unforgettable Roman retreat awaits at the captivating Residenza delle Alpi.
