Walk into the open plan fully equipped kitchen, with a carefully built-in bar and a large dining table, perfect for entertaining with plenty of punchy Palomas. Several al fresco seating areas with chic furniture make sensational settings for long lunches shaded from the glorious sunshine, with the endless view of the Caribbean Sea and the charming island, Cozumel.

The bedrooms have been elegantly decorated with neutral tones and soft fabrics, with rustic mahogany furnishings. Stunning sunrises can be admired from a sumptuous bed in the master bedroom, with floor to ceiling glass doors revealing the poetical landscapes. The four bedrooms each have modern ensuite bathrooms - ideal for four couples or a large family.
