This exclusive villa sits on the shores of the desirable Grace Bay surrounded by 7.5 acres of dazzling coastline, tropical gardens and whispering palm trees. For a family celebration or anniversary, nothing comes close to the tranquillity and privacy of Sea Breeze.

With its powder-soft white sands, azure ocean and endlessly sunny days, Grace Bay is a legendary holiday destination. Shallow and crystal-clear, the water tempts you to snorkel, swim and paddleboard as the turtles and fish dart beneath you. As the sun sinks below the horizon, gourmet restaurants serving sweet, in-season lobster or spicy jerk red snapper beckon, or go for a sunset horseback gallop along the sands.

From the heated beach-entry pool to the state-of-the-art gym, the professional-standard kitchen, and the exquisite use of neutral tones throughout, every element of Sea Breeze Estate speaks of an enviable hideaway surrounded by natural wonders. The transitional indoor-outdoor living spaces flow effortlessly, leading you from the cool social areas indoors to the sunkissed patios and the soft scent of jasmine from the garden. Dining is equally refined, with a superb formal dining room or the option to eat beneath the stars in the al fresco dining area.

The eight sublime bedrooms continue the neutral theme, creating soothing and restful retreats where accent chairs and private balconies provide guests with their own personal spaces. There are various sleeping options available, split between the main villa and the guest house. The main villa has two bedrooms with indulgent king-size beds, two bedrooms with two twin beds each (convertible to a king bed) and one bedroom offers a queen-size bed. While the guest house has two bedrooms with king-size beds and a cheerful bunk room for younger guests. Ensuites are enchanting, with walk-in showers and soak tubs.

Outside, a children’s play area lets the little ones burn off some energy, while a floodlit tennis court is perfect for an evening game once the sun has gone down. While the sparkling infinity pool may be seductive, nothing quite beats the lure of the ocean. A couple of steps through the manicured garden brings you to the pristine beach and the chance to wild swim. No detail has been missed, and every second in this beguiling villa is a memory to be treasured forever.
