Welcoming up to eight guests, Sea Vista is an oasis of tranquillity just a short distance from one of the best beaches in Malibu.

Malibu is a thriving community with a distinctly chilled-out atmosphere abundant with hiking trails, waterfalls, incredible beaches and the best food and drink. Fancy combining a touch of rock climbing with a day at the beach? Point Dume State Beach is the place to be. Take a wine-tasting tour through local vineyards, or escape to Escondido Falls, Southern California’s tallest waterfall and breathtaking location that’s well worth the hike. In the evening, sample fresh seafood cooked to perfection at one of Malibu’s famous beachfront restaurants.

A private gated drive sweeps you up to Sea Vista, where Coral trees and peaceful gardens surround you. Step through the entrance and be greeted by a contemporary interior with plenty of character. The open-plan layout flows effortlessly from indoors to outdoors, creating a sense of endless space reinforced by glass walls throughout. A sleek, fully-fitted kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and breakfast area, where you can start the day with coffee and a spectacular view. The outside spaces include a large pool and spa, a lawn for those early-morning yoga sessions, and an al fresco dining area with BBQ for more informal meals.

Three of the four bedrooms come with queen-size beds while the final boasts a king. All come with a real boutique feel, sporting thoughtful details and unique furnishings. Indulgent ensuites are attached to each bedroom, and private balconies offer space to gaze out at the view. Guests at Sea Vista also have access to a deserted sandy beach and tennis courts at the private club across the way. Sea Vista is an idyllic Malibu retreat for families who want to live that laid-back lifestyle in the SoCal sunshine.

    Home Truths

    • Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
