Javacanou is located right at the water’s edge on Marigot Beach in the north-west of the island, ready to captivate guests who long for diving, snorkelling and paddling at their fingertips. The different shades of the ocean are mirrored throughout the home furnishings, with delicate splashes of azure, turquoise, sea green and ivory sand. The underwater theme is continued with beautiful works from renowned local artist Kay Quattrocchi adorning the walls, truly making you feel connected with the ocean.

The three bedrooms, all equal in size, are found on the top level of the home and have stunning sea views. Each room boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling windows that slide open for you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The home is ideally suited to groups of friends staying together or a family with older children. When the sun is high in the sky, follow the sound of the tide down to the private beach, complete with a daybed, lounge chairs, pontoon and easy access to the crystal clear water.

The living space is open plan with large glass doors for maximum light within the home. The large, modern kitchen, complete with a generous island area that can be used to make breakfasts, light lunches or to prepare drinks, merges effortlessly with the inside seating area. After a day of sun-worshipping on the loungers by the pool, enjoy a Caribbean cocktail on the terrace, followed by an al fresco feast at the open-air dining table, seating up to eight guests, with a stunning skylight high above - effortlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

There are countless places for tranquil moments throughout the villa. You can enjoy some ‘me-time’ in the peaceful media room or else relax on the daybed in the gazebo looking out at the sheltered bay; Javacanou is the perfect beach house to switch off and disconnect from the outside world.
