Aqua Rock sits on a rocky ledge overlooking the ocean. The clever use of a glass balcony makes it feel like the ocean comes right up to the sun deck, giving you an uninterrupted view of those fabulous St Martin sunsets and Anguilla in the distance. The indoor-outdoor transition is seamless, and a simple palette of neutral tones emphasises the flow between the two spaces. The living room is palatial and enhanced by a glass wall, turning that incredible view into an ever-changing mural. Plush furnishings in soft oatmeal colourways blend in perfectly, and the open-plan layout embraces a stylish dining area and a fully fitted kitchen that any chef will love. A staircase leads to the mezzanine and an intimate social area that's just right for movie nights.

The four bedrooms are exquisite, serene spaces with bespoke features such as a charming driftwood four-poster bed or a delightful round window. All four bedrooms have indulgent king-size beds and spa-standard ensuite bathrooms with free-standing soak tubs and rainfall showers.

Outside, a spacious sun deck is positioned so you can make the most of the warm sunshine without losing privacy. A large heated infinity pool sparkles in the light, tempting you to get in a few laps before breakfast, while a seated jacuzzi is an ideal spot for a glass of champagne and a leisurely soak while you watch the stars come out.
