Explore the natural beauty of this picturesque corner of paradise, gently paddling along the Leeward canals in one of the villa’s kayaks, snorkelling through the clear waters of Grace Bay, or hiking the Bird Rock Trail. Charter a fishing boat to collect you from the dock and take you to the coast’s deeper waters to catch magnificent tuna, marlin, and mahi-mahi, or if you prefer to stay on dry land, the 18-hole course at the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is a real treat for the golfing enthusiast.

Sundance offers an easy-going, welcoming atmosphere, with traditional vaulted timber ceilings and dark wood accents throughout. Its open-concept layout and seamless access onto furnished outdoor lounges allow guests to find their favourite spot to decompress, whether that's on the sky-blue sectional in the cosy living room or out on the covered terrace, cooled by the coastal breezes. The handsome kitchen benefits from a seated island, and dining options abound, with a formal wooden table in the living area, a smaller dining nook that’s great for little ones, and an alluring outdoor terrace by the pool.

There are six bedrooms at Sundance, styled with a lightness of touch and boasting oceanic colour pops. There is one standalone ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed, while in the main villa, there are three ensuite bedrooms, two with a king-size bed and one that can be arranged as either a king-size or a twin. There are two further king-size ensuite bedrooms in the guest pod, each with an appealing canal outlook. Sundance's opulent ensuite bathrooms impress with twin vanity sinks, waterfall showers, and refined marble finishes.

It’s sheer pleasure spending time in the villa’s canal-side outdoor space, with its expansive L-shaped pool, outdoor kitchen, sun deck, and covered lounge and dining terraces. Soak up the celebrated island ambience in supreme comfort at the sun-kissed Sundance.
